OUR VALUES
We are a small charity, run by Christians and we seek to engage with every member of society, regardless of beliefs, ethnicity and lifestyle. We choose to love and support all the people we work with but we never seek to evangelise or proselytise
We are ever more aware of the value of relationships, in every area of life
We address apparent negatives by encouraging identity and belonging
OUR MAIN FOCUS – FAMILIES
We recognise the importance of family and the need to keep the different generations connected. Our main project, ‘TREASURE’, provides weekends away for families who wouldn’t otherwise have a holiday. Nearly all the families who come are single Mums
OUR FUNDING
We are funded by donations from individuals and by grants from charities who choose to support us. Many of our services are provided free of charge and most of the families who come to our TREASURE Weekends Away come on a ‘pay what you can afford’ basis (typically £25-50 each), so we fundraise to meet the costs that aren’t covered by their contributions
